They take our money with unfettered zeal, so why not our property? And when did money cease to become property anyway?

Abuse of our personal property rights has led some concerned citizens in Arizona to create The Arizona Coalition to Protect Personal Property Rights. I suppose that DC taxpayers are also paying for the stadium which would add insult to injury.

I would object that market values can't be fair when the market doesn't exist. Markets exist between voluntary actors. Since those properties are not up for sale, there can't be a market for them.

I'm also not sure about DC offering any sums of cash for the benefit of MLB. Shouldn't the Nationals be doing this on their own?
