I think it's time to take the radical step of prohibiting police from going undercover in any circumstance. I realize this may make it hard to stop murders-for-hire and take down the mob, but what choice do we have left?

Cops here in L.A. are basically muggers for the government. There are so many bullshit laws at their disposal, you can't get into your car without being subject to a $250 fine at gunpoint. More, if they don't like your looks for some reason.
