The police acting so capriciously is far more obscene than anything that could be sculpted out of snow. Next thing you know, women won't be able to show their breasts on the steps of the Capitol to protest (insert cause here).

This nation does have an obscenity problem: namely, it overly concerns itself with physical anatomy and artistic expression when it should be focused on the supression of liberties and the vagaries of statism.

Besides, if snow penises are good enough for Harvard it should be good enough for non-Ivy League rabblem, right? See
