To the People

Tonight my ass. After reading that I'm going to need a few at lunch.

Cicero, it is true that women have gotten awfully naive. Yes, the bouncer killed her, but if she had had her wits about her she would have been home in bed at 4am, not getting into a van with an ex-con who offered her a ride.

Why would "good" students want to help the people who are getting drunk? Aren't they going to be competing against them later?

getting a ride home from the bouncer of a bar isn't that risky. She could have easily been attacked walking home, or raped and killed by her cab driver.

I agree that women should be more careful. And men should too.

A good message to relay, Cicero, on the one-year anniversary of me waking up drunk as a skunk at a bus stop at 4 a.m.

Cool thoughts! You are just the person we need at the sponge plan. visit us at: sponeplan.blogspot.com or e-mail us at friendlyshosha@hotmail.co.uk

You are lucky you didn't get raped and killed by an ex-con bouncer, Baylen.

I can think of at least one waiter at Childe Harold that would like to rape and kill Baylen.

Are you having an anniversary party or what, Baylen?

I'm celebrating quietly at home. I passed on joining Dave for happy hour. (It would have been especially cruel at the Half Shell, since it's across the street from the bus stop in question.)

If you think is overreaction, wait until the same thing happens to a blonde girl.
