i'm really surprised they would ban smoking in RHOB cafeteria and not ban smoking in the HALLWAYS of the office buildings. There are at least 3 smoking areas in RHOB hallways that include a chair, a huge cement ashtray, and a fan.

Oh but wait, the hallway smoking areas just happen to be next to the offices of the MOC's who are smokers and the smoking area of RHOB cafeteria is really only used by staffers.

If the Capitol Hill Police raid the cafeteria and take away the smokers cigarettes is that a against 'seperations of power'? And will they have to wait 45 days before they can open the pack?
