Although still rare, I have started to see wide receivers diving for pass interference calls and defensive lineman dropping to the ground for holding calls. Of course, all those foreigner punters have always pulled the soccer dive whenever someone comes near them after a kick. Let's hope the whole process of trying to "trick" the officials doesn't become entrenched in football, it's a major problem in soccer, extremely annoying and unsportsmanlike.

Jimmy, I am with you and HATE the pass interference calls, which are more common lately. Our poor Skin Patten had a ridiculous OFFENSIVE pass interference call against him when he put his arm out. I blame the silly Colts for all of this, as they pushed the league to help them beat the Pats, which they can't do without turning it into a sissy game.
