Dear Tin-Foil Man,
You seem to think that any speech you don't like is "hate speech" and that "hate speech" isn't "free speech". Fine. I think your blog post was very hateful. If defamed me deeply. You should be in jail or at least put into some sort of DATABASE, you know like HOMELAND SECURITY has. Poking out Baylen's eyes in his picture is certainly an act of hate. It's also RACIST.
I recently had my eyes examined. Tin Foil Man's web site looks suspiciously like the charts I was told to read from except, of course, the eye charts were more coherent.

Sounds like someone needs to needs to crack open a couple of douchekies with Ms. Phipps and toast their roast. It was very comical. I think the only thing missing from the apparent 12 year old's post was a UFO.

Fighter - 1) Remember that time when you smuggled all that cocaine back from Columbia to your house, which is within 200 ft. of a school, sold some to minors and then snorted the rest off of a hooker's ass? That was awesome.
2) However, it's too bad that she gave you herpes. At least it's not the kind that shows up when you have pants on. 
3) Fighter is a bad employee. Fighter does not create value for its employer.
4) I hereby declare you devoid of moral dignity, goat-fucker.
Will you please cite me on your crazy-formatted blog, now that I have met all of your criteria for defamatory statements? Also, I read these aloud as I was typing, so it's slander and libel. Just ask the personal injury ambulance-chaser you link to on your web site.
Nobody sounds upset fighter. Its called mocking. I'm sure you've experienced it before, but you might not have understood what was happening at the time.

If you're actually sharing anything on a blog with your legal counsel, you're a dork. And no that's not defamation. It's an opinion. I wish I was your lawyer, so I could charge you $100 to read To The People blog posts. In fact, may I recommend one of our many lawyer readers? I mean, they're already our stuff, so it would be great if you could pay them.
