To the People

The LP won't be a real Party until it get's its candidates kissing babies. While at a 5k in Fairfield on Sunday morning, Chris Shays spoke to all of us just before the kids' scramble -- which meant parents had to hold toddlers and preschoolers on the starting line for a longer period of time. Shays then actually spoke to my four year old to congratulate him on the race. Now he has my vote.

If there is one way to get a mother's vote, it's to acknowledge that her child has done something well. It's not at all creepy to have a middle-aged man approach one's child after a sporting event. Not at all.

Hey Hey Hey, I mentioned New Haven too, we have conventions there.

Anyway, there were other more important events going on here. Conspiracy talks were near the end of the event by a few who wanted to sound off. But, that is part of all the fun, how can you have a bunch of libertarians together without some Birchers. (I have been known to express some unsettling conspiracy therories myself.)

Over all, it was a delightful event. Phil Maymin is a great canidate.

That is pretty cool that your predictions are coming true! That's the funny thing about predictions - people don't really pay much attention until after the fact. And these are GREAT ones.

Maymin has filled the anti-war role in debates! Exactly. There's a 10-17-06 Stamford Advocate article on the Maymin site about the Fairfield Debate in which Maymin says that Shays has a timeline without a set time, which just leaves just a line. And Farrell has indefinite benchmarks, which makes for an exit strategy without an exit.

I think your website is cool. Keep up the good work appartamenti in croazia misura del tempo materassi a
