the irony is that it is legal to have sex with a 16-year-old in most states (including DC), but illegal to send dirty IM messages / e-mails to anyone under the age of 18 in every state (thanks to a federal law that Foley was able to get passed). So the lesson here is fuck 16-year-olds, but don't e-mail them.
