I was hoping it would be something like, "Hit the sponsor of the bill in the face with the DC phone book as hard as you can. If he doesn't fall down, the bill will be considered in committee." I never wanted to work in Washington until that thought crossed my mind.

The section in the yellow pages with the most pages is "Lawyers". That's the test that should be conducted - each regulation means another listing under "lawyers". It's at the point where there could be a separate yellow pages book JUST for attorney listings.
