Rob, I agree with you. My post on Vick never says they should lock him up and throw away the key. I am just personally disgusted by his behavior.

Your arguments about making dogfighting illegal as being an anti-libertarian position are hard to disagree with. I, unlike smoking banners, do not seek to legislate my preferences and outrages.

About Vick, I think the market would take care of him without prison time, and would prefer to see that outcome.
