I support reducing greenhouse emissions but think that a public education campaign combined with allowing utilities to charge market rates and throwing out the gas price "gouging" dogma would go much further and not place the gov't in an even more coercive role than it already is, which is verging on unbearable.

Plus I bet vegetarians drink a lot of single serving water and spirulina drinks and that plastic adds up.
