Do Mormons not believe that? I'm guessing this is only a story because they don't actually believe that. However, I'm not sure, if they did believe it, that it would be the craziest thing they believe.

I asked my baptist neighbor who comes over every once in a while to see if I've seen the light yet..., if God is omnipotent, omnipresent, omni...vore, whatever the last omni is...why wouldn't he take care of this devil himself?

Who created the devil I asked? Well God did, Lucifer is the most powerful angel and he revolted against God.

How interesting. The whole fucking story reeks of neanderthal thinking. God created the devil, but he can't do shit about him eh. How stupid do you have to be to believe that first underlying premise?
