Absolutely, that's part of what's wrong here. 76mph on the Dulles toll road or interstate 95, is maybe a few mph over the average speed, definately not reckless driving. The speed limits are purposely set 10-15 mph below what they should be because they assume everyone will drive 10 over the limit. Then there are the fees for failure to signal a turn or lane change or hanging fuzzy dice on the rear view. |
