Apparently Moscow is exactly the worst city in the world to hold a game like this. The chances of making it through the maze of bureaucracy in time to attend the game is almost zero despite assurances.

The other side of it is that it is basically just another EPL game. Why go all the way to Moscow to see something that you can see just down the street?
You would have to be a seriously fanatic football fan to even attempt it.
