As I recall, Stephon Marbury's DUI was notable inasmuch as it occurred when he was was playing for Phoenix Suns, a team that actually has a 24-hour car service on retainer so that players can just call and get taken home when they've had too much. Instead of using that, Starbury drove himself, got busted, and spent time in that bizarre AZ prison camp, where the inmates wear pink undies.
