What is with this mental glitch everyone seems to have with government. Just because it's a good idea, and an outcome we would all see to be good DOES NOT MEAN THE GOVERNMENT HAS TO DO IT!!

This is what the huckster fails to understand here. Yes, I would love it if we could take care of all seniors and give them all the drugs they wan't. But jumping from a nice idea to forcibly taking from everyone to fund such a program is BS.

Is it a lack of imagination? Why not a church? Why not some social 'club' like the rotarians, the lions, anyone else!!!!

This is by far the biggest problem we libertarians have in selling our ideas.

I'm not too distraught by what Huckabee has to say here. I'm more concerned with the content of Erin Burnett's column. What happened to the "thought" that counted? You can't just cook a meal for this bitch - you have to hire a personal chef. You can't just visit her parents - you have to send them on an all-inclusive vacation. I'd recommend that a guy save money, and the hassle of dealing with this bitch, by visiting his local prostitution ring.

You only make yourself look foolish by criticizing Mike Huckabee. As far as I can see, he has been right about everything, as for example when he was the only Republican who said the economy was not doing fine. If the economic conservatives who control the government and part of the media had not conspired to stop him, Huckabee would have been the Republican nominee. He is certainly far, far better than the three people who are still in the race, and will make a great President some day.
