When Columbus, OH banned smoking a few years ago, merely having ashtrays was a fineable offense. So, you can tell which bars are smoke-easys because they have Altoid tins on all the tables. One of my favorites just got fined and stopped allowing smoking. RIP Mickey's Tavern.
