Although it may not be legal, employment discrimination against fat people is alive and well. Also, short and ugly people. There really is no reason being fat should be a protected condition, since it is only partly genetically caused.

Baylen is right. The slippery slope caused by the collectivism of government and employer sponsored health care will eventually nip fat people in their ample rears. People should pay for their own health insurance and deal with the ramifications, price-wise, of their behaviors versus having those behaviors controlled by the state or their employer.
