On the Iraq point, I think the reviewer was referring to some CPA initiatives like privatizing state businesses. But those initiatives were so poorly executed by Bush cronies (see Imperial Life in the Emerald City, the best book on Iraq War incompetence)that their failure cannot be blamed on their underlying principles.
Most of the Bush policies toward Iraq are actually statist and socialist, focusing on hand-outs and massive government construction projects. And let's not forget that the whole concept of foreign interventionism and occupation is thoroughly un-libertarian.

The NYT slams libertarians because Rothbard supported Strom Thurmond once?
For fuck's sake, this is insane! The NYT has sucked Democratic Paty cock forever and the Dems supported Thurmond for just as long. If they're gonna slam libertarians for one man's support of Thurmond, I expect every single current and former employee of the New York Time to commit suicide today.
