I would think the focus of an article like this would be on the fact that A TIGER ESCAPED! Frankly, it would be a much more compelling anti-drug story if it said, "The San Francisco Medical Examiner says a zookeeper who allowed a tiger to escape had marijuana and alcohol in his system."

Or..."The architect that designed the enclosure from which the tiger escaped had a history of drug and alcohol abuse."
