DC United played poorly in their first game against Chivas. Emilio's goal was kinda lucky and the even score gave a false idea of how the game went.
From what I heard they improved immensely when they played Chivas again in Mexico and that at a much higher altitude and in lung-busting pollution.

So, I figure, they were just kinda dragging their asses last Saturday after losing the CONCACAF. Plus the Rapids were super psyched. That game was waaayy more important to them than to DC United.

I was more disappointed in Houston's loss to Pachuca. Overall disappointing that we failed to reach the finals again, but I still think DC will run away with the MLS season this year, which makes me, a Revs "fan" (sadly I live in Boston, i know, i know...) quite sad, but I am secretly a DCU fan this year, I really like their lineup, and now with Adu gone I think they should have a strong midfield.
