27 lbs sounds sort of out there as most teenagers I know weigh about 100 pounds, though I don't live in Milwaukee so am perhaps an outlier data point. I personally would rather see the teenagers on my block shoveling the elderly residents' sidewalks and steps instead of watching video games as I am 40 and that chore falls on me.
