Ignoring peeing with a hard on if you can, after 4 hours of having one the flesh/tissue starts die. It can't take being inflated/lack of oxygen or something. I'm not a urologist but that's why you are supposed to go to the hospital if you take Viagra/whatever and the hard on doesn't go away in 4 hours. You lose it permanently.

We should get genetic engineering on this issue immediately. Put a real bone in there or something. Or muscle. That way, flexing it could make it bigger over time.
