Yes, I wish that the Bush administration would appreciate the difference between Democracy and liberty. Liberty is not majoritarian rule, as the US set up in Iraq. But they were rushing to an "artificial deadline" to hand over power and Bush probably really does think that 51% is a mandate to rule over the other 49%.
