Disagree on Tort Reform Issue. Tort Law evolved b/c of irresponsible people/producers in the market. It is a market solution - Why - beacuse the alternatives - vigilante justice or Government regulation are not market solutions. Look, your argument is exactly what most libs and conservatives do when a "child" reads porn, dies from bengay, or plays video games. More laws do not equal a better result.

If you think that the system is unfair - remember - this clown will not get 54 million.

But how, perhaps other than a street fight, would you settle this dispute? Tort law arose to allow people to settle their disputes in a civilized manner. Rediculous demand does not equal system out of control.

Just my thoughts.

this judge should be impeached. Anyone who would cry over pants is unfit to be a judge. He clearly has very severe mental issues.

Really,

I believe that not enough tears are shed over pants. Perhaps if more people cried over their pants, the world would be a better place.
