Ramsey certainly wasn't a bad top cop, but he didn't do anything to shake up the corrupt and lazy MPD either. I say he is a wash, but it was very hard to evaluate his performance.

Loved by the people, hated by the officers of the MPD. Ramsey did nothing but self promote himself. The truth about his tenure is finally beginning to come out, the falsified crime stats, etc.
