I agree with Bailey and you that the tax is the way to go IF some action is necessary. I am not convinced that any government action is necessary to control/regulate/tax carbon emissions, but I've accepted the fact that some action will be taken regardless, and it's best to proceed with the most reasonable option.

Sure would be nice if they'd balance it out with a tax cut somewhere...

Then again, it sure would be nice if I had a multi-million dollar mansion in which scantily clad women fed me grapes while I read my gold-plated edition of Atlas Shrugged.
