Ok - I'll start-
1. The Gov't shouldn't pick winners and losers - Tax credits for one company mean others pay more in taxes.
2. The Government should not treat citizens differently. Why just businesses...What if I employ a convict to cut my lawn, do I get a tax break...

It is indeed horrible that most companies will not hire a convicted felon. I don't generally like targeted tax breaks but this one might make sense.

Doesn't pass the lib purity test, or even the fairness test, but it's certainly better than a subsidy or welfare program.
