While all that may be true, you might be missing the point that it is the WWE, a private organization, which is punishing the wrestlers, not the government. The WWE should be allowed to ban steriods if it sees fit, they don't have the power to throw anyone in jail.

I understand. But if it wasn't for the government's bullshit drug war and history of going after baseball for steriods, do you think the WWE would really care at all whether its wrestlers used steriods?
