I couldn't tell from that article if Brady knew that the workers were non-union. I hope that he knew they were.

Look. The Rehab work being done for Tom Brady by A&K is PRIVATE Property!! This is not a public rehab on city of state property funded by taxpayer money. The fact is that this work will make the company some good money and the union 12 knuckleheads are pissed off because they will not get any of it. One word GREED!!! The union can pay for as many commercials as they like..the public is not going to fall for the lies. Nice try local 12!!
