To the People

Isn't this a Geico commercial?

If wonder if people living in a stone age culture care how outsiders refer to them?

On the off chance that they do, wouldn't they think "stone age" means "on the cutting edge of technology"?

so fucking absurd.

I live in the Stoned Age and am neither tribal nor primitive, nor do I take offense at the term....oh, wait...Stone Age...nevermind, carry on.

So now what do I call them? Lithic technology enabled?!?

If only I could be as smart and able as your average
stone age hunter/gather.
\ But with broadband, of course.

Cultural anthropology is indeed the dumbest of the sciences. Margaret Mead's "Coming of Age in Samoa" is still considered a foundational text, even though its been shown to be more or less fictional.
Thats like using "A Million Little Pieces" as a basis for Addiction Studies.
