I fondly recall my days in 1980's Texas of purchasing a 'tall boy' on my way home from work and having no concern should I be stopped for a traffic violation on my way home.

I remember playing with sparklers when I was about 10, with other kids in a yard, while the adults sat on the porch, drank, and smoked. Here in Montgomery County, they'd have put us all in child protective services. Hell, probably the adults too. If I win so much as $5 in the lottery, I'm moving to USVI.
