if this law is enforced equally, wouldn't it mean the state would have to arrest every member of the Baltimore police department? They have an identifying sign, symbol, name, leader and purpose. And it's a known fact that at least some Baltimore police officers engage in both violent and nonviolent crime. |

Well it depends on what you call violent and non-violent crime. I suppose if rape, murder, assualt, evidence tampering and witness intimitation count as crimes... |
