Jan- if I were you, I'd write Footlocker a nasty e-mail and tell them you want either a pair of shoes, your choice, or double the amount of your original gift card. Then on the CC line of the e-mail, write the addy of your local Better Business Bureau. Couldn't hurt to try after all the crap they put you through
