you're so lucky you can use L'Occitane stuff! what i've found that works is Lush Massage Bars, any kind which is solid cocoa butter and shea butter with just a little bit of extra, and use it in the shower after i've soaped up. nice and soft!

Gravatar Hi,

I received the L'Occitane olmond shower oil for a Christmas present last year. I didn't find it that great!

To beat the winter blues I use an exfoliator about four times a week, I can greatly recommend the Philosophy brand, their gingerbread man is wonderful!

In the shower I have found that the L'Occitane fig, any of the Molton Brown, Decleor, Clarins and Ren brands don't strip the skin but also add moisture.

I then follow with their body lotion which is not only moisterizing but also is firming.

Happy Holidays!

Gravatar Hello!
My name is Alyssa and I love you blog! I am also a little obsessed with makeup! I I don't have much money to buy the makeup I really want (only 15 and without a job) But I defiantly make do of what I have. When I'm bored I site down with a mirror in on hand and a crazy colored eye pencil in the other an go all out LOL! I am also wanting to become a model, the only problem is that I don't live in some huge crowded city like NYC or LA. I'm just a farm girl in a little town of Ohio.
Well I would love it if you would email me sometime! Seems we have some of the same interest. I'm just guessing but you probably live in NY I would love to know how that is! a big city like that! must be awesome!
PS the link I gave, is my beauty blog don't compare it to yours cuz yours is much better! it focuses around teen beauty hope you like!

Gravatar Risa - I love Lush too! I have actually not written about anything from Lush yet, I think I am subconsciously saving it for when I am having a really awful day!

Chris - thanks for the recs, I love Gingerbread Man too!

Alyssa - Thanks for writing! I stopped by your blog and think it's great! And you are gorgeous! I will write to you and we can chat about life in NY.

xo,
Kristen

Gravatar Hello K. So sorry about the trans strike. What a mess, and how awful for them to hold the city somewhat hostage during this time.

I love EVERY single item you mentioned. The Ojon smells so coffee-ish to me, but it worked wonders on my hair.

La Mer--LOVE! Do not even get me started.

Stay warm dear and have a lovley day!
