Gravatar Here's a makeup base I swear by. Givenchy Act'Mine, with SPF 15. I use it 3 ways: As it's intended it is a terrific base for any makeup. But after you apply it, you may decide you don't need any foundation on top of it, depending on the look you're going for that day. It's a nice light look alone. Finally, it's a great touch-up product at the end of the day. Under my eyes it refreshes and renews and I use it before re-applying nighttime makeup.

Gravatar I get real problems with dark spots under my eyes and I have tried loads of different products to cover them. This is one I have not yet used but it looks like a good one. I like benefit products as well

Gravatar To add to my post, this is similar in the color to the Giorgio Armani concealer that I tried out. Biggest Plus to that: WAY CHEAPER!

Gravatar I have heard that the FY eye is amazing but really dont know if anything hold's a candle to Urban Decay's Primer Potion. Then again in the cosmetic's world the only mistake is a product left untried right?

Gravatar I totally want to try this! Thanks for the post!

Gravatar hmmm, I have fy eye and i love it as a primer, but I've never thought of using it as a concealer. maybe i'll try it. thanks for the great post!

Gravatar In general my reaction to benefit products is 'meh'. But I have to agree, this one is great! I read once about the concealing thing, but thought the stuff itself was supposed to conceal, which it did not for me. Perhaps I should have tried your method which makes a lot more sense... as a primer for the concealer.

In any case, could not agree more. (And on top of it, we won't have to take a saw to the item after using half of it....)

Gravatar How does it go with the wrinkle factor? I would love to find a concealer that works for dark circles AND doesn't settle in and accentuate my mid-40s wrinkles. Is it the Impossible Dream??
