The mere thought of patchouli always makes me crinkle my nose and say "yuck", so I'm not sure this would work for me. I might, however, at least take a sniff just because of your Edward Cullen reference No promises though!

Kristen, I'm scared of patchouli specifically because of "High Fidelity." And all the hippies I've known who BATHE in the stuff. I hate pure patchouli oil, but it turns out I like it as a subtle note in perfumes, so I definitely need to check this one out.

I have actually been dying to smell this because I love Black Orchid so much! And I love Tom Ford sunglasses more than anything in the whole wide world (next to nail polish, of course).

Yeah, the movie, High Fidelity, pretty much kept me from ever trying any patchouli. That and all the scathing references to that scent in books I've read. However, I am now tempted to try this perfume. Just to see...

I usually cringe at the slightest whiff of patchouli (went to college in Oregon...), but I may actually have to try this now.
