Clinique Glosswear sounds enticing!!
I am a loyal reader of your fabulous blog! I find myself coming here whenever I am in the market for a certain type of product you have already reviewed. I noticed that posts you make about drugstore products are comparably fewer in number. Would you consider making one about eye makeup remover? I have been using Lancome's Bifacil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover for a long time because I feel the product is practically unbeatable by anything else out there. However, I go through a bottle extremely quickly ... and would like to try out a drugstore brand. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I find myself addicted to your blog...nice job! There's an online shopping site I know that ave cheap prices on skincare and cosmetics products (of course also lip care), it has FREE shipping to everywhere worldwide for EVERY order! I don't put the site URL here to avoid being said I am promoting. If you would like to know the URL, email me!

I wish I could wear some of those, but alas, I am still allergic to sunscreens - even zinc oxide, now! It's a pity, since the MACs look so cute.

Whats the URL? and for the record, MAC tinted lip conditioner is not new, just a new formulation with the strobe. and by far, the most BASIC of my MAC collection. As soon as I wash, I apply lip conditioner and finish the rest of my makeup. By the time you are finished, it has absorbed and you are ready to go!
Use the sticks through out the day!

I love the Tarte lip balms. I have about 6 of them and they're all terrific. My personal favorite is "Wednesday"--a nice pinky-brown shade. (And because I'm shamelessly addicted to Tarte I should share the fact that you can get 20% off your purchase through May 2 with the code EARTH08...seriously, it's good stuff!) Now I want some new Stila makeup as well...

I have (and love) so many of these! The strobe tinted lip conditioners are great, and I'm also a fan of the Tarte 24/7 lip balm as well! I haven't tried the Stila ones, but I'm definitely curious...

I swear by the Neutrogena tinted lip balm. SPF 20 and goofproof.
But I do think I need to try one of these MAC lip balms!

I want to try the Estee Lauder. I'm not good with balms and glosses, as far as color goes - it wears off way too quickly. The Estee Lauder looks a little more like a lipstick. I use Aveda Lipsaver with SPF 15 when I don't need/want color, but still want protection (and soft lips - which is always!!).

I want to love tinted lip conditioners, but oh man do they make my lips peel. Which sucks, gentle coral is such an amazing color.

most women are pretty good with sun protection for the face but usually forget about lips. I for one always forgets but it's really important to protect the lips well too.

There is a story on MSN today about how lip gloss with no SPF can actually lead to a higher risk of skin cancer on the lips...

Hi,
I totally love your blog, thanks so much for all the product reviews and info you post here. I already tried a few products you recommended and the lip tint form estee lauder is my fav.
The other day I stumbled upon this blog: http://chiactivate.wordpress.com anyways, the people there claim that this face massager thingie makes anti-aging and skin care products up to 70% more effective cos it allows them to penetrate deep into the skin. My question is: have any of you experience with this or a similar product? Does it work or would you recommend me to try it out?

There is a great blog on LatestBeauty about the dangers of lip gloss and she recommends some other SPF lip balms to check out. It's worth a read:

Hi there. (I work for Lancome--full disclosure!) Lancome Soleil Icy Tubes with SPF 15 still exist. You can find them in Europe. I've bought some at the Lancome boutique in Paris.

I really like the new Neutrogena lip sheers. They protect the lips, come in great summery colors and I love the way they look on any color skin. I'll have to try the Lancome.
Oh and by the way, once in the Bahamas I spent too much time in the sun and arrived home with a lip filled with blisters. Needless to say I took another few days off work.
Cool blog,
Deb

Thank you for this post! I've been on a life-long quest for perfectly tinted balm. Everything's either been too sticky, too shiny, not colored enough, or so pigmented that it streaks. I went to Sephora today and, much to my chagrin, came home with two great products (only one of which has SPF) - Korres lip butter in Wild Rose and, most excitingly and thanks to your suggestion, Stila shine lip color. The exciting part, aside from how smooth and great these two are? The Korres is in my usual berry red, but I got the Stila in charlotte, which is bright coral in the tube. I don't think I'd have even picked up such a ridiculous color before reading your blog, but I did, and it's sheer and so pretty! Thank you thank you!
