That's my problem! I'm always medicating with cocktails while I'm on the road and then end up totally regretting that third Grey Goose & cranberry when I have to get up for an 8am breakfast meeting! Next time I'll take the Beauty Addict's advice and stick with Advil

I could have used the blister block! My new boots looked fab walking the streets of SF and on the convention floor, however I am now in sneaker rehab.
As for the Grey Goose medication, can't we figure out a way to combine that with the advil????
Thanks!

I HATE conventions! You have to be nice , have a fake smile on your face, work crazy long hours and eat and drink too much. Okay, now that I have got that out of my system, I really enjoyed your article today.
Especially the tip on the Bandaids. I end up with painful feet every night after 12 hours on concrete wearing 4 inch, brand new shoes.
Thanks, and please do this again.

Ahh, Elixir of Love No. 1! Thanks for reminding me of an old favorite. All trade shows should include a foot massage booth. The one at a show in Las Vegas saved me after 3 days on my feet!
