Awww, Kristen, you're so cute. I understand completely; I don't think I would want my dad knowing about my bikini line maintenance, either! LOL.
I've always wanted to try and epilator but I'm so deathly afraid of them, with those rotating metal pinchy things and that scary "WIIRRRR" noise that they make. Waxing has always suited me just fine, except that it takes ages and it's so bloody messy - I always end up with stickies all over the place. How much more painful than waxing is the epilator?

Kate - The epilator definitely beats waxing in terms of mess! As for pain, it actually isn't so bad if you use it on areas that you've waxed in the past, if that makes sense. For hair that's only ever been shaved (like legs), it seems to hurt more.

I actually prefer waxing appointments because I can't seem to do it correctly. I doubt having better equipment for it will help 
But they all sound quite cute!
for Bliss, $60 is a downright bargain! I'm tempted by this, but I already have 2 Braun epilators at home. I'll wait till I've heard more reviews, especially regarding its long-term durability.

Not to reveal too much information - but I bought this for the trimmer. I was not impressed - it is a very shoddy design, and doesn't trim well. I had to keep going over where I had already trimmed, and I was still left with untrimmed portions. The plastic skin guard also moves around quite a bit, leaving you with uneven length. Yikes! If you're buying it for the trimmer - DON'T! I returned it. However, I was too much of a chicken to use the epilator - so I can't speak to that. Sounds like it worked for you, though, Kristen!
I have been using an epilator too. But, mine is called EPILADY. I've stopped shaving and waxing my body after using the EPILADY epilator. It's been the best product ever!!! Give it a shot, everyone.
