Gravatar I swear Nair (or a similar company) used to make "buffer pads" to be used as hair removal. Anyone remember? Interesting though!

Gravatar Those buffer pads are great for buffing off self tanner mistakes.

Gravatar Will the hair grow back when you stop using the no!no! after the 8 weeks? I did not think it was a permanent removal system. Or maybe you just have to use it less often to maintain the hair removal.

Gravatar Laura - it's eventually supposed to produce permanent results, around 65% less hair.

Gravatar I would love 65% less hair. I hate, hate, hate, shaving my legs every darn day in the summer. But it has to be done...

Gravatar Thanks for the update, Kristen... are we suppossed to tip the UPS guys?!?

Gravatar hey- i know there is a lot of confusion with the no!no!, so hopefully i can clear it up for you...
i work at sephora. i just attended a week long training on different brands, and the no!no! was one of them.
i was under the impression the no!no! eventually stops hair growth.
THIS IS NOT TRUE.
i know, i was shocked too.
but because the no!no! is not damaging the actual hair follicle, it is not going to have the same results as say, waxing or lasering.
the no!no! is specifically for lessening the hair DENSITY, not demolishing the hair for life.
so, yes, kristen, you will need to use this forever.

Gravatar what a great blog! I love it! Not only from the posting, but the design from this blog also adore me! thanks! you make my idea increase extremely.

Gravatar angie - THANK YOU for that clarification! All the marketing materials say that it delivers "professional results," so of course everyone (including me) would think that means permanent.

If I have to use this thing forever, I am OUT. I'll keep going with the trial period, though.

Gravatar Amy - it was Sally Hansen that made those buffer pads and I think they still make them. They do work, but mostly on finer hair.

Gravatar I'm so glad you're doing this, I'm totally basing my decision to purchase one on your experiences. Keep up the good work and thanks!

Gravatar Interesting reviews and comments! I am sort of sold on this gadget after reading your reviews. However, reading the comment by Angie makes me unsure if I really want it. I am all for reducing hair density, but now I am wondering how frequently you'd have to use the no!no! to keep up the results that would be obtained after 8 weeks of use. I'd be out too if I had to use it every day forever, but once a week or so wouldn't be too bad for me. Would you consider trying it periodically after your 8 week trial to see how often maintenance is necessary?
