Wonderful awards. Even mine, for which I shamelessly begged 
And the new logo is very smart (in the fashion sense) though I will miss the playdough violin.
I love the new logo! Way to go SuperMom in Training!! Of course, the Playdough Violin will be missed though...
I can almost hear the sounds of the children singing "It's a Hard-Knock Life for Us" -- a great award.
LOL! I just re-read my whine again and realized that it sounded as though I was so desirable that my husband couldn't keep his hands off me even when he's ill!! Not quite. It's more the fact that he just won't keep still, rolls all over the bed, breathes in my face, steals the covers, coughs and sniffles over my pillows...You get the picture? Very unromantic germ sharing.

Thanks for the awards (a mixed blessing), and I'm glad you like the logo! As it turns out, Husband wasn't so much "fired" as "allowed to quit" and they're paying him two weeks of severance and the quarterly bonus. Tomorrow's his last day. So I guess it's not as bad as it COULD be. We're hoping there's a new job on the horizon. Seriously, I just hope that one day he can work for someone with a strong business ethic...the last few jobs have been pretty disappointing that way.
Oh, SuperMom in Training (I'm catching up on all the whining today, now that I'm feeling much better!), that's ridiculously terrible. So, thank you for designing such a nice violin?
(And Pink Cupcake, I am so learning what that's like. When Chris is sick, he becomes the flailiest, snoriest, blanket-hoggiest, coughing-in-my-face-iest sick person ever.)

I knew I was forgetting someone! My sympathies to Super Mom in Training regarding the lost job.
Love the new violin, which won't get mistaken for a body part. I was rather fond of the old one, though.
Speaking of said body parts, Pink Cupcake, don't you know that the type of germ sharing you mentioned is better than chicken soup and Vitamin C as a cure for the common cold in husbands? LOL.
Not that we actually get much chance to TRY that theory, with a newborn and two small children in the house, but that's the theory anyway--at least according to someone in the house.

Oh dear, I think I might be Pink Cupcake's husband. Could it be that my sweetie, aka sqvirrel, has an alternate life in which he is Pink Cupcake and I am Pink Cupcake's husband instead of sqvirrel's wife-to-be??? Because I *know* I roll around the bed and steal covers on an average night (I am known as the poof-thief, poof is what I call the duvet) and since I have a nasty nasty cold right now I snore, sniffle, snort, cough, and generally dribble germs all over sqvirrel. So, Cupcake? if you are sqvirrel? I'm sorry! And even if not, then I apologise on behalf of all bed-partners who are sick and spread their ickiness to their beloveds.
