We have some! I'll send them your way. I would hate for the world to end right here and now. Do you need salsa too?

Even the sackcloth was no help when I didn't notice we had run out of milk yesterday...

I have some corn chips, too. Wish I lived close enough to hand-deliver.

i thought you had an apocolypse stash? or is this really a sign of the apocalypse?
me, i end up at the market every day or 2, because i'm so fabulously organized that i cannot ever manage to remember something necessary until it is well and truly gone.

Mine will only eat the scoopable style tortilla chip, even though they scorn salsa. And the day I ran out of Bits 'n' Bites was the day that youngest seriously considered disowning me. So don't beat yourself up too hard. There are mothers who've committed far worse transgressions out there and I know I'm one!

You could offer them a new game to distract them:

If they're not interested, you might want to try Eight Letters (the individual version as opposed to multi-player)
Totally addictive. Could replace thoughts of chips (or anything else). Can be played in the corner, too.

No fruit here.
Will trade 1/2 bag TJ's tortilla chips for two bananas or a bunch of grapes.
Help.
