My stepkids do that shit, too. Then DH wonders why we go thru a giant-size pack of shit paper in a week....
And that is totally nasty, throwing used shit paper on the floor. The worst incident I ever saw in my life was in a doctor's office I worked in, when one of the patients got pissed about something and went in and smeared shit all over the toilet, sink, walls, floor - and even managed to get it on the ceiling. Then she decided to use her gown (we did nuclear cardiac studies, and they wore hospital gowns) to do the deed.
The gown was what pissed her off. She didn't think she should have to wear one in a doctor's office. (Although it's infinitely better than the Kleenex they give you to cover up with in the OB/GYN office - only she didn't think about THAT little tidbit).
When my daughter did that I had to fish it out with a clothes hanger..yuck
In most public places around here people just throw their used ass wipes in pile on the floor.
