Not sure if you caught WORLD NEWS TONIGHT Tuesday evening, but at the end when she informed the audience about her imminent departure and Gibson's arrival, Vargas looked like she had a gun to her head. Absolutely no way she voluntarily gave up the anchor chair, accidental baby or not. With that stated, she's done an abysmal job since Woodruff went down.

I was VERY dissappointed with the departure of Elizabeth Vargas. With the arrival of Elizabeth and Bob I had found a home with the ABC Evening News. When gibson took over the anchor chair I no longer watch ABC news. I miss Elizabeth and Bob!
