I'd still like to hear the other side of the story before I get TOO invested in slamming PH.
Fair enough, but more than a few lawyers I've spoken to say that the post-miscarriage/pre-pregnancy layoff is not uncommon enough for this to be farfetched. It's still terrible behavior on the part of the organization to scrabble together eleventh hour pretextual bad performance reviews to justify a layoff. Insensitive at best, and damned near deplorable at the worst.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if every word were true. PH determined that she was destined for the mommy track or no track at all, apparently.
