Yeah, it's a conundrum. Pulsipher has more options, so you're right it would make more sense to send him down, but I'm with you I'd prefer to have relievers who can retire lefties and righties.
I'm not sure if it matters if we can't figure out how Bill gets people out. I'm not sure people figured out how Bob Tewksbury got people out and he had about four good years for us. As long as you get the job done, it's all good. At least we have mutliple options. Too much is better than too few.
Your fears about Myers can be put to rest now. Seems that WJ sent him back to the Red Sox, apparently for a PTBNL. It's now down between Flores and Pulsipher for the other lefty.
