Haven't been reading your blog in a while, so I started from the last post I read thinking: Wow, what's happened here? The site looks really goddamn good! Have you just had a change in font? If so it made a whole lot of difference.
I saw The Streets live first on tv when they/he played Hultsfred in Sweden. If I remember correctly he had a band, but he also had his vocals as a backingtrack and it seemed like he couldn't remember half of his lyrics, and just started talking in the middle of songs. It was by far the worst live show I've ever seen. But he was at the Oya-Festival in Norway when I went there two years ago, and it completely blew me away. Especially when they played Blinded By The Lights as the sun was setting (they sky was scorching red) and a great flock of birds flew overhead. And he also did Don't Mug Yourself as an encore and it destroyed!
