A bad news Friday could be quite a laugh. That said, the reason I started doing good news Saturday in the first place was because it was beginning to seem as though *all* the other days of the week were bad news days. But it's your call and if done well could be tres entertaining. As for stuff from the past being rebuilt being cool, I quite agree.

We did Dresden this year after parting ways with Mr Bear on the way back to Switzerland and loved it. There is a Beargarten on the opposite side of the river that lets you look at the Dresden Altstadt skyline while eating enormous portions of meat and drinking, well, bear.

A beautiful city which appears to have been reconstructed meticuously. Another triumph for German perserverence and hard work.
